Matt Hatch — Managing Partner, President
After attending college in Illinois, living for two years in Chile, and spending several years
as a lead web designer at the Iomega Corporation, Matthew co-founded OH Design with his
brother–in–law in the spring of 2001. Matthew has extensive experience in all phases
of web design, including: graphics creation, usability studies, design team management, coordination
of front-end and back-end systems, technologies such as Macromedia Flash, and Javascript, and
integration of third-party work and applications.

Jason Olson — Managing Partner, CTO
Jason went to college in Boston and spent two years in Japan before deciding to co-found OH Design
with his brother–in–law, Matthew. He has a technical background with experience in
Unix, Windows, Macintosh, and other computing environments. Jason has developed a bit of a creative
eye through his explorations in photography, and has combined that with his management experience
to give OH Design what he calls a "balanced attack."
